Tallink, Viking Line and Eckero Line offer accessible facilities on their vessels. Lifts, wheelchair-friendly cabins and adapted toilets are standard equipment.

Lifts on All Vessels

All passenger ferries on the Helsinki–Tallinn route are equipped with lifts between passenger decks. The car deck is accessible via separate entrances.

Wheelchair-Friendly Cabins

Specially adapted cabins with wider doors, level-access showers and grab rails. On the Megastar and MyStar, these are located on Deck 10.

Tallink Silja Line

The two Tallink vessels Megastar and MyStar offer comprehensive accessible facilities for passengers with reduced mobility.

The ferry terminals in Helsinki and Tallinn are accessible for wheelchair users and passengers with reduced mobility.

Helsinki Terminal (West Terminal)

Accessible entrance, automatic doors, lifts to all levels, wheelchair-accessible toilets. The terminal is reachable by public transport (Tram 6/7), which is also accessible.

Tallinn Terminal (D-Terminal / A-Terminal)

Accessible entrances with ramps, lifts and wheelchair-accessible toilets. Staff assist with boarding and disembarking. Taxis and buses operate directly in front of the terminal.
