Ferry Terminals in Helsinki

Three port terminals serve the Helsinki–Tallinn route. The most important is West Terminal 2 in the Jätkäsaari district.

Important information for a smooth experience at the Helsinki ferry terminals.

Check-in Times
Foot passengers should arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure. Vehicle passengers should arrive even earlier. Access to the ship closes 20 minutes before departure.

Payment
Terminal ticket offices do not accept cash. Please have a debit or credit card ready. On board the ferries, card payment is also the primary method.

Print your ticket or have it ready on your mobile device. At the terminal, scan the QR code at the access gates.

Parking
Long-term parking is available at the Länsisatama Satamaparkkitalo car park. Tallink Club One members receive a 10% discount on parking fees.
